Repairs & Servicing

Keep your equipment & PA systems ready for use. From routine servicing to investigating a fault, we offer practical support to keep your equipment or system working as it should. Sometimes a repair, a thorough service or a few sensible improvements can give an existing system a new lease of life.

Whether you’ve got a speaker that’s started sounding rough, an amplifier playing up or a system that isn’t performing as it used to, we’ll help investigate the problem and explain your options. We’ll be honest about what’s worth repairing and when replacement might make more sense.

Regular maintenance can also help spot wear and small faults before they interrupt a gig or leave your venue without sound.

Tell us what equipment you have, how you use it and any issues you’ve noticed—we’ll work out the next step.

System & speaker checks

Check audio operation and listen for weak, missing or distorted output. Where appropriate, assess high- and low-frequency sections separately to help identify the fault.

Cables & connections

Inspect signal cabling, sockets and terminations. Straightforward connection faults may be rectified during the visit where access, parts and the agreed scope allow.

Physical condition

Record the condition of cabinets, grilles, fittings and connectors alongside the listening tests. Visible deterioration can be noted for further attention.

Reports & recommendations

Receive a clear account of the checks, faults identified and work completed, with remaining issues separated from items resolved during the visit.

Let’s work out the next step.

Send the make and model, where the equipment is located, what the fault sounds or looks like and when it happens.
