Guide ranges to help you plan your budget. Your written quotation confirms the price, equipment, working hours and services included. No VAT charged.
Small PA equipment package
£100–£250 per day
Equipment hire only. Delivery, collection, setup, takedown and engineer support are quoted separately.
Setup & takedown support
£80–£150 per booking
For an agreed attendance and scope; timings and travel are confirmed in your quotation.
Live sound engineer
£175–£250 per day
Labour only. Working hours and responsibilities are agreed before booking.
Travel, delivery, collection, parts and additional equipment are priced separately unless stated. Bespoke work, larger events and larger equipment orders are quoted individually.
PA Equipment & Event Hire
Give your audience clear sound with PA equipment suited to your event. We help you plan what you need for your space, audience and performers. We stock a variety of speakers suitable for most types of events.
Alongside PA systems, we also offer other event & production equipment including microphones, cables, stands and stage monitoring. Whether you need a complete setup or a few extra items to complement your own equipment, we can tailor a package to your requirements.
Equipment is available to hire on its own, with delivery, collection, setup, takedown and technician support quoted separately where required. We’ll make clear what’s included so you can plan with confidence.

Sound for the space
Plan the PA around the listening area, audience and indoor or outdoor setting. Equipment is selected against the brief and availability.
Microphones & mixing
Work through speech, performer and playback requirements so the proposed package includes the inputs, mixing and connections the event needs.
Setup & technical support
Discuss delivery, setup, collection and operation together. If you need someone to run the sound, we can include technician support in the quotation.
Lighting & occasional video
Lighting can be planned alongside the PA. Tell us about any screen, playback or other video requirements so we can discuss what support is suitable.
